Promotion Terms

From time to time, Birch Island Co. may offer promotional discounts, special offers, discount codes, or limited-time sales. These Promotion Terms apply to those offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

Eligibility

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, including minimum purchase amounts, selected products, specific collections, customer location, or other conditions stated in the promotional offer.

Promotion Period

Promotional offers are valid only during the dates and times specified. Birch Island Co. reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or end a promotion at any time, where permitted by law.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout before the order is completed. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders unless otherwise stated.

Combining Promotions

Unless specifically stated, promotional offers, discount codes, and other discounts may not be combined with one another.

Product Exclusions

Certain products, collections, gift cards, sale items, or limited-release items may be excluded from promotional offers. Any exclusions will be stated in the applicable promotion details where relevant.

Returns on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a promotion remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy unless different return conditions are specifically stated as part of the promotion.

Availability

All promotions are subject to product availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully completed.

Pricing Errors

If a promotional price, discount, or offer is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error, Birch Island Co. reserves the right to correct the error or cancel affected orders, where permitted by applicable law.

Misuse of Promotions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of the applicable promotion terms.

Changes to Promotion Terms

Specific promotions may include additional terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the terms provided with the specific promotion will apply.
